Worked in Northern Virginia for 8 years building High Rise & Commercial Buildings. Is a Fellow with ASCE, a Professional Engineer and a certified Class "A" Contractors Representative. Since 1982 has been President of WILL & COSBY & Associates, Inc. and since 1986 President of WILL & COSBY Drafting, Inc..
